Jupit Service

Jupit Exchange is a mobile & web based wallet service that allows users to securely buy, sell, and store digital assets. Additionally, users can trade redeemable gift cards, refill airtime, pay bills, among other products on the platform.

Eligibility

To be eligible to use or access any Jupit Services, the following conditions must be met by you: -

II. You must be a duly registered customer on the Jupit app or website accessible through www.web.jupitapp.co/register

III. As an individual, legal person, employee or agent of a legal business entity, you must have full power, authority and capacity to accept these Terms of Use

IV. You have not been previously restricted from using or accessing any Jupit Services

V. Your use of Jupit Services will not violate any applicable laws and regulations applicable to you, including but not limited to regulations on anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and counter-terrorist financing.

Transaction Alteration or Reversal

• Users must verify transaction amounts or reference numbers where applicable before submitting any transaction for processing on the Jupit platform.
• Payments for services on the Jupit platform are non-refundable, irrevocable, and cannot be changed after the transaction is confirmed by the user.
• In the case of a bad or zero-value gift card, users must contact the source directly to escalate their complaint.
• For cryptocurrency transactions, there shall be no cancellation, reversal, or amendment after the transaction has been completed.

Security and Protection Against Unauthorized Use

Jupit is committed to ensuring robust data and information security to detect and prevent fraudulent activities and unauthorized access to Jupit user accounts. However, it is crucial for Jupit users to treat their account credentials as confidential information and refrain from disclosing them to anyone.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and control of all credentials used to access Jupit services or the Jupit platform. You understand that Jupit will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or costs incurred due to authorized or unauthorized use of your Jupit user account credentials.

Please be aware that Jupit or its representatives will never ask for your credentials via email, SMS, phone call, or any other form of communication. If you receive any such communication, please disregard it and contact our Customer Service Desk immediately via email at support@jupitapp.co.

If you suspect any unauthorized transactions or access to your Jupit user account, or if you believe your Password or Transaction Pin has been compromised, it is essential to notify us promptly.

Unsupported Currencies and/or Network

Unsupported digital assets that are deposited into our system on unrelated wallets or the wrong network cannot be refunded. Jupit reserves the right to review such cases on an individual basis, and any decisions made by Jupit regarding unsupported assets that have been deposited and are no longer supported or on the wrong network are final and cannot be contested.

Settlement Options

Fiat wallets on the Jupit Platform may be funded via Electronic Funds Transfer, Mobile Money Payments, or any other payment method made available on the Jupit Platform.

Responsibility

Jupit is committed to providing reliable and efficient Jupit Services, customer support, and dispute resolution. However, Jupit cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from user negligence. Jupit's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user for the specific service in question. Jupit is also not responsible for any losses arising from circumstances beyond its control, such as natural cause or network failure.
